Friendly and welcoming staff with an easy check-in process. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, which made for a nice first impression. I loved the blackout curtains — perfect for sleeping in. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, which was a plus. The location was very convenient, close to the bus station with direct service to the airport. However, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. The staff did bring a fan to help, which I appreciated, but it only partially solved the issue. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few drawbacks.

The staff in the reception were very helpful and serviceminded. BUT - the bartender was nothing but a disaster. When we tried to buy a drink from the bar he denied us because he had already closed the cash register. At the same time he sat and drank beer with friends at the counter. When we came back 1 hour later he still sat there with his friends with freshly poured beers but he couldn´t serve us. Perhaps time for the boss to have a one-on-one meeting?

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport bus line (two stops from the airport station). There was no shuttle, but if you have light luggage thats fine. The room was modern and spacious. We used the hotel as our home base while exploring Amsterdam, as there was Taylor Swift concert in town, and most other options were booked out already. For our purpose it was easy to reach the city center via bus and return busses ran until late.

Needs better room design.

Location good if you need access to Schiphol. Quick bus back and forth. Price was affordable. The layout of the room is somewhat questionable. Glass door to toilet (and absolutely no soundproofing). Glass door to shower. Glass wall between shower and bedroom. ??? So I’m not supposed to want privacy of any kind? Good luck if you share that room with anyone but your partner. Our room had a window to the inner courtyard so we could not have the blinds open or anyone walking by our room could see into our shower. So our room was always dark and the lighting was terrible. Track lighting is never good.

This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. First, the location is incredibly convenient. It’s just a quick 5-minute bus ride from the airport, which made my arrival and departure so stress-free. Plus, it’s only about 25 minutes away from central Amsterdam, making it easy to explore all the iconic sights without feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room itself was beautifully designed—very clean and inviting—with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor perfectly reflects the charm of Amsterdam, and I loved having a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. One of the standout features of the hotel was the attention to detail provided by the staff. They went above and beyond with their service and provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which really enhanced my experience in the city.
