Many of the problems we encountered are likely due to understaffing. There was no housekeeping service. They ran out of towels when I asked at the desk. Breakfast, no matter what time we went over 4 days, was routinely out of milk, yogurt, coffee, eggs, bread. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were cold, the exercise room was closed, and the key cards became demagnetized at the drop of a hat, necessitating a trip to the front desk more than 50% of the times we tried to get into the room. These issues were also found by my friends in 3 other rooms during the same time period. On the plus side, the room seemed clean, the bed was comfy, the frig and a/c worked, and parking was adequate.
