Oklara avgifter och dålig service

Ringde inför besöket samma dag och blev då informerad om att vi behövde byta rum pga hund och därmed behövde betala för uppgraderingen, alltsä utöver avgiften för hund. Informationen om hund var med sedan bokning och hade bekräftats innan. Vi reste också med ett barn på 8 år men väl i rummet fanns enbart en dubbelsäng. Vi påtalade att vi saknade en säng och det var runt 16-17 när vi skulle ut på stan men när vi kom åter runt 20.30 så fanns fortfarande ingen säng och grabben skulle sova. Fick gå ner och påtala igen och vi tog då en promenad med hunden innan läggdags. När vi kom upp igen stod en extrasäng utanför rummet som vi själva fick dra in, möbelra om och ställa upp. Den extra avgiften för att byta rum slapp vi väl på plats då vi tydligen inte alls behövde byta rum.

Dåliga sängar, varma rum

Allt var överlag bra förutom sängarna som var alldeles för mjuka så jag vakande hela tiden och kände stelhet i ryggen och sedan tycker jag att hotellet borde ha lätta sommar täcken då det blev väldigt varmt och ac kunde man inte sänka till lägre temp. Det stog 18 grader på displayen men några 18 grader var det absolut inte i rummet.
