My reservation said I would have a room with a view but when we opened the curtains all we saw was a big wall. I did call them and they change our room and apologized. Also, they charge you $15 a day to park but you have to call the hotel every time to open the gate. My stay was good The room was very clean and room service was excellent. The receptionist was good but the room key had to be changed everyday. It did not open the door. An upgrade is needed at the hotel. Also my TV never worked. It kept turning off. I reported it everyday I was there and was told it would be fixed, but everyday it did not work. I was told maintenance signed off on it meaning it was fixed but it wasn't. That was a first for me.
