Great weekend in Rome
Very comfortable bed and room, lovely shower. Treated ourselves to the room with a balcony which gave us plenty of space and a place to enjoy a drink in the early evening. Very nicely appointed room and hotel, away from the main tourist area but that meant it was more peaceful. Easy to get to the centre and plenty of mice places to eat around.

Very noisy and definitely not a 4 star hotel. Packed customer service
Lauren, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Loved this stay. The hotel is tucked a bit further from main attractions so it is not as busy of an area, however TRIESTE is so wonderful and boasts many things to do, places to eat etc. Francesco was an amazing bartender who took great care of my husband & I during our stay. Food was amazing, staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. Grazie Mercure Hotel 😄
Camille, 3-night trip

The property is very well kept. The staff were attentive and helpful, they helped us with our luggage and getting a taxi. The breakfast buffet is pretty good too! I would definitely recommend.

2/10 Poor

My daughters crib had another persons feces in it. They made a bed with someone’s poop on it for my baby to sleep in. And then they claim they are a great place for kids.

Pleasant refuge from busy days in Roma
Really nice quiet hotel in a safe residential neighbourhood. Lovely interior design, comfortable bed and chairs, nice breakfast selection and friendly staff with good spoken English.
Gabrielle, 4-night trip

Great hotel, great location
Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre. We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice.
dionne, 4-night trip

Staff was extremely friendly. Room was perfect. Highly recommend the margarita from the bar.
Cory, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good hotel to stay in Rome. A bit far from the main attractions, but doable by metro (5 min walk). Room was clean and staff was friendly.
