My family and I, along with our dog, had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Cambridge North. The hotel is modern and clean. We stayed for two nights, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool, and restaurant, all of which were excellent. Its location next to Cambridge North Station made it very convenient for us.

Stopped here to be close to cambridge north train station as was going in to work in cambridge for the day. Ideal location, nice clean hotel with comfy bed. Ordered room service which came quickly and was hot and delicious

New hotel, clean. Just a bit of a functional but flat reception when we arrived. Train station obviously super convenient, just a shame that Cambridge Station (the next stop) is so far out of town - 15 mins walk. We ended up getting an Uber into town, train back.

The stay was really nice and comfortable. Unfortunately there were quite a few dog hairs on the carpet in our bedroom. Although it’s pet friendly I think the cleanliness was not to the standard it should be. Staff were excellent and rectified the problem straight away in particular a member of staff called “Jenny” a real gem.
