Excellent from start to finish, every single member of staff was a credit to you. Lovely hotel, fantastic pool/Jacuzzi/sauna, great food and a lovely bar to sit and enjoy a few drinks. Booked this just to let us get to an early ferry easily but it genuinely added on a very valued and enjoyable night to our Holiday.

One night stay

We spend one night in the hotel as we were booked on an early ferry. We booked a family room and this was located in the lodge at the back of the hotel. It had a small car park outside the lodge which was handy. The room was split into two sleeping areas which was a nice surprise. The rooms are very dates and rundown and in need of upgrade. The staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

A lovely stay, nice big room overlooking the bay, if a bit dated. Food in restaurant was excellent but the portion size was way too big, my husband and I couldn’t finish our meal, so on the second night we only had starters.

Lovely clean room, we had dinner in the hotel which was excellent as was breakfast the following morning. The hotel is a little old fashioned & dated but we really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t fault anything. Didn’t have time to use the facilities but the swimming pool looked very good.

A dreadful bed but great breakfast

We stayed in a room in the 'new' part. The bed was dreadful which resulted in little sleep. There was no sound proofing in the 'new' area as we constantly heard people talking in the corridor and the banging of doors until around 1am as well as a droning noise like an extractor running all night. The breakfast was fantastic, all freshly cooked to order which makes such a difference. The staff were all extremely polite and customer focused and we made use of the leisure facilities which were a bit tired and could do with some updating, especially the showers in the ladies changing area with poor water pressure. A drying machine would certainly benefit the area to take the moisture from swimming costumes too. Overall an okay stay.

This is a really lovely traditional hotel . All the staff are really friendly & at the same time very professional. Yes, it’s a bit old fashioned but I really like this about the hotel . My room was located in the Hotel Annex. The TV was poor quality and housed in a strange way on a coffee table. The Decor in the room was quite dated and the bathroom although functional was very tired. To me the annex which contained 3 bedrooms looked very much like staff accommodation.
