I always stay at the Days Inn when I’m in Swift Current. It’s clean and comfortable. I had two issues this time however. We were told to park around back for ease of access to our room but it was so icy back there that it was hazardous. I don’t think people should be encouraged to park back there in the winter unless they are making sure to deal with the ice issues first. The only other disappointment was that the hot tub in the fitness room wasn’t in operation. I always use that tub when I’m there so that was a bit of a disappointment. A great place to stay though overall. I will stay there again.

Good stay with comfy bed
Stayed for a hockey tournament. Wife and I had a king bed room, in-laws had an accessible room with queen bed. Accessible had a great bathroom for seniors with grab bars, high toilet, and walk/roll in shower with a seat. Also had a small couch for sitting. Was a bit of a walk down the walkway but they managed fine with walker and cane. King room was spacious, comfortable bed, recliner chair in the corner, deep bathtub and nice shower pressure. Both rooms were very clean. Breakfast was ok. Potatoes were cold and undercooked but sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal etc were other great options. Good location, easy to get to where we needed to go. Would stay here again.

Hotel.com misleading description
I paid a little more for a "suite". All it was was a normal queen room with one of the beds removed and an extra chair in its place. It did have a slightly larger coffee bar. When i mentioned at the desk they said yes, they advertise it ad a mini suite but Hotels.com say suite. They have been advised to change it but haven't. Its misleading. Not the hotels fault but Hotel.com attempt to get more money in a sleazy way.

Dated hotel
Its a dated hotel. I liked that I requested a room near the pool and it was honoured. The doors were in pretty poor shape with scuffs and scrapes. The light switch by the entrance didn't work. The room was sort of clean, but we did find cookies on the floor by the bed and there were hairs on the towels. Also missing toiletries in the bathroom. The pool was good, but no way to turn on the jets in the hot tub? Breakfast was good- lots of options.
