Excellent hotel

Very good hotel, especially for being in a beachfront area. Clean, quiet after the daytime traffic stopped. Excellent complementary breakfast. The only "glitch" was when the hotel's auto-dial system called all the rooms at 11PM to notify everyone that they had to follow all the parking rules--everybody had done so, but still got the call.

Very nice place, easy and quick check-in...front desk staff was pleasant and informative. Good breakfast, clean and bus people did an excellent job. Room was nice, comfortable beds and clean. Noisy neighbors above us, but that's not the hotel's fault. I forgot to request the highest floor room. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome view, too.

On a super noisy street...

Don't pay extra for the "ocean view" room, hotel is on a heavily traveled street. Loud cars with booming bass radios on Saturday night, woke up at 6:30am Sunday by a car/motorcycle with no muffler. Every 20-30 minutes we'd hear a really loud vehicle. Couldn't leave the window open or enjoy the balcony.

Great Santa Barbara Hotel

We booked two rooms and they had a wonderful view of the harbor. The rooms are updated and clean. The bathrooms are a little outdated, but were fine. The receptionist was friendly and professional. They have wine and cheese from 4-5pm in the lobby. They provide breakfast as well. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would stay again.

Super nice hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful (they held our bags for us since we arrived before our check-in time), and the rooms are nicely upgraded. We didn’t swim, but this hotel has the cleanest looking pool I’ve ever seen. Would stay here again!
