Not perfect but great stay!

The place is just starting to show its age unfortunately. A few bumps on furniture no matter the area and rips in carpet but over all still very nice experience. And very busy so the wear and tear is understandable with amount of traffic. Staff was amazing. I have had horrible experiences with at past hotels so trust me they are very kind and hard working. Breakfast was delicious! But the tavern isnt in use anymore which was disappointing but there is still a chilis on site and so many options in walking distance. Great location and felt so comfortable.

The room was overall just OK. Fairly clean, just basic, no frills, but that is to be expected. The room was very quiet. Our toilet ran the whole time, which was super annoying during the middle of the night. There were two tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were both about half used. We had three people staying in the room so that was pretty inconvenient. Conveniently located with lots of shops and food around it.

Decent hotel in convenient location

We stayed 4 nights for a family event. On the plus side, the location is great for shopping, they have a decent complimentary breakfast, and it was reasonably quiet. Only complaint was the room AC unit, which could bring down the temperature but not the humidity. If we come back to St. Louis we'd probably stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel, many times, but was greatly disappointed this time. The bedsheets were dirty and had already been used by another guest (hair and a cigarette butt in them), the carpet had a horrible odor, and they ran out of breakfast an hour before it ended. Do not plan to return.
