It was a beautiful place, but if you don’t have a car, the valet service to take you around the property can be a little unorganized. The front desk was attentive and nice. The person answering the phone when calling the front desk was unfriendly. Very curt. The food was ok. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable but I could not get the tv Comcast to work no matter how many phone calls or troubleshooting. Overall a fine experience.

Very good, minor issues
We stayed at the resort for our wedding weekend and found the stay to be good overall. Our room’s A/C did not work for the first two days of our stay, so that was disappointing but the front desk gave us a free breakfast to offset the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, just seemed like there was no sense of urgency to try and fix the A/C issue.

Great little getaway for us locals.
Absolutely amazing stay. View was PHENOMENAL. While we stayed only one night, we will be back for sure. We were very surprised at how big and spacious the room was, not to mention the huge bathroom with the walk in shower and even a separate makeup counter (a plus for me doing my makeup), and the fireplace which warmed the room very nicely. I will say I don’t recall seeing a thermostat in the room. For winter, it was fine cause we could cool off the room by opening the sliding door but not sure how that would fare in summer. Bed was very comfortable and loved the bathroom products offered, they smelled amazing. I will say, the hot tub was kinda weird. Not really near the infinity pool as there isn’t one there. And when we turned the jets on, it foamed up like someone put bubbles in there. And not the normal jet bubbles, I mean dropped a bath bomb or bubble bath. It stayed hot though for the couple hours we used it. We would have loved to stay longer. So another trip will be in order for us.

Perfect stay and great location.
Wasnt sure how it was going to be as usually get a VRBO. It was perfect. The staff were excellent, very pleasant. We dined in our room several times and it was excellent. Requests for more towels etc - they arrived in just a few mins. The beds were comfy, pillows and duvets excellent and the location was perfect. 15 mins literally to anywhere we wanted to go. I was also contacted about my meal credit hotels.com to let me know how it would be applied. We are sad to leave, would definately return and absolutely recommend.

The inside & outside of the property was beautiful & well maintained. The view of the Garden of Gods park from the balcony was wonderful. The linens were good quality & everything about the rooms made the stay comfortable. The restaurants had very good food. The staff was very ready to take care of anything you might need. I appreciated the daily texts from the concierge to see if they could help with anything. There is usually at least 1 area lacking in most resorts but this one excels in all areas. I highly recommend this resort.

The view was great from our room. The staff was nice. We had no hot water in our room and they never offered to move us to a room with no hot water issues, so we left a day early due also to the fact that the hot tub bleached our suits. that was their answer to the water issue to walk down to the hot tub! when you cant use the soaker tub in your room it ruined the whole trip.
