Highly recommended: The room was very spacious for 2 people (though be aware that the bathroom is tiny) and super clean. The location is perfect, 15 min from the airport, 1 minute from the central station. From there you have the option to walk around to the main sightseeing places or get the metro. Close to a lot of cafes, so we didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel. Definitely would stay there again.

Checked in on Wednesday and stayed until Sunday, not once was our room cleaned. No clean towels, no extra toilet paper, no more coffee. Two times we talked to reception staff to have extra towels. Both times they promised that the following day our room would be cleaned. But nobody came… When we had to check out we were charged 70 DKK to store our luggage for 3 hours. Very disappointing as it is a cozy hotel.

Location was great. Easy to get to train station or to walk into centre. I was a solo female traveller and found it safe to get to and from (i was back usually by 9pm). Staff were friendly. Breakfast had cooked food options, including bacon and eggs which were great.

Despite the superior room being smaller than I expected, the stay was successful in terms of location, the staff were very friendly, bike hire was very reasonable and the area so quiet! Think we are not used to Danish prices and value for money etc but we got the hang of it. The breakfast on reflection was good value but we did not do it. Should have! So thanks all!
