It is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The front desk made fun of us because we spoke English. The conditions were the worst I’ve ever seen. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. We tried to get our money back and move hotels and the manager said, that will never happen if you go some where else, consider me stealing your money.

The food in the restaurant was terrible and horribly overpriced. On the second day our toilet broke, we called to have it fixed and no one ever came. I had to fix it with a ribbon from the apples they leave for you. The next day my girlfriend wrote a note for the maid that cleans the room and thankfully it was fixed by the time we returned. The thermostat in the room did not work correctly. It was very difficult to change the temperature and the speed of the fan. We went to the pool one night and the Jacuzzi was out of service. One night we ordered room service. I ordered a Sandys brownie with ice cream. When they brought it, they forgot the ice cream. It is literally in the name on the menu. The wifi is horrible, I had better service with my mobile hotspot from my telephone. Overall I would not suggest staying here. We would have been better off in a Motel 6.

Es la experiencia más aterradora que he vivido, desde la recepcionista con su pésima actitud, me dieron una habitación en jardín la cual estaban fumigando apenas, mi reserva estaba en torres II así que regresé a pedirla y me la dieron y al llegar a la habitación total decepción fea y semi limpia, jamás recomendaría este hotel a nadie, es el hotel más descuidado al que he ido, están muy mal por que barato no es, así que no vayan nunca
