The upstairs loft carpet was very dirty. It had not been vacuumed. Our room portable ac unit was broken. Maintenance could not fix the issue and instead brought a smaller portable unit which had less power to cool the loft area. Not with the price we paid per night.

After 15 min we called the posted number and were told they would be right there. 15 min later someone came and offered no apology. Location is excellent within walking distance of shops, dining and shuttle to Teton Village. You could stay here without the need for a rental car. Property is well staffed and service was excellent. Breakfast was a steep step above the typical continental grab and go. Windows and patio doors are a bit noisy but the property is well maintained. Would definitely recommend.
