The chefs and waiters, especially Haytham, Amin, and Ahmed, were outstanding—always attentive and helpful. They even memorized our favorite drinks, which added a personal touch and created a truly welcoming and enjoyable experience. Our room cleaner (room 1051) was equally exceptional, with thoughtful attention to detail and kindness throughout our stay. Every member of the resort’s staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their attentiveness and friendliness created a genuine atmosphere of hospitality. They truly made our stay an experience we’ll never forget.
