What a fun historic building. Renovations were ongoing while we were there, but they just went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. The little speak easy lounge downstairs was just the cherry on top.

Our room was on the third floor, not very easy to access without an elevator . We were informed ahead of time and being a historical building we understood so not too much of a problem. The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a good view of the Space Needle. We will consider visiting again if we are ever going to be in the area.

While our room looked out on the adjacent building there was a mural. The room was large and well decorated with an extra room for storage. There is no lift and assistance was provided with luggage. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants for dinner and a cafe on the premises serves limited breakfast and takeaway coffee.
There is an on-site pub and feedback was provided this was not welcoming as the most attractive seating was reserved for larger parties, even though it was empty. The windows were dirty and the 50% welcome cocktail discount was misrepresented as a charge of $10 was levied for an eligible $18 cocktail. Staff said they would provide this feedback to management.

The service is great. It is the perfect place to stay if you are taking in a hockey game. We loved the old rooms but appreciate the renovations!

Really cool historic hotel in a great area. The room we had was recently remodeled and beautiful. Great view of the space needle. It was in walking distance. The staff was attentive to our needs. The elevator is not in use because it is being remodeled.

We always love the quintessential vibe at this property and its close proximity to Climate Pledge. Evening staff tonight was prompt and efficient while taking care of all our needs with quiet kindness.
Highly recommend staying here for an old hotel feel with ghost stories and comfort.

I love this place, we stay here whenever we go to an event at Climate pledge. The new remodel is nice. I miss the full kitchens but I understand the maintenance was probably a lot. As always the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Hotel is nice and in a good location for us
The only negative is that it does not have a lift which was communicated to us before our visit.
