It was okay. Just okay. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was cold, room was too hot. The breakfast was good. However, please, for the love of god, the elevator to the garage smells like 400 old gym socks. You NEED to fix that.

This is a comfortable place to stay in a mid price range. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast- which is normally a highlight- as the gluten free bread was below the usual standard. Also the hotel was looking dusty and dirty - especially viewed from the elevator. Elevators are currently being refurbished so a good time to clean all those ledges and shelves!

It was ok but I was waiting at least for a congratulations on my birthday, not even mentioned… and other hotels even a present have given me. It was my65 birthday and my husband took me to the musical. Very conviniéndole to be close to the Opera. Time to check in 4pm if you’d out earlier there is a 200 Kr fee

Cons: Bed is not very comfortable : a small hump in the middle forcing one to sleep on the edge. Bathroom wall has mold/mildew on it. No mini fridge. Restaurant menu average No welcome water Pros: Very conveniently located Very friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast, although bacon and veggies are barely warm. They made me fried eggs - Thank you.

Vi var på to værelser: det ene værelse blev forstyrret flere gange, fordi de ikke havde fået noteret, hvem der boede der… Gode rummelige værelser, men opredningen var meget hård at ligge på.

Gemensamma ytor är trevliga. Mitt rum var trist med 80-tals inredning, inte alls som på bilderna. Dåligt städat och dammigt. Luktade avlopp i badrummet Hårda sängar. Bott här tidigare i trevligare rum.

Bra läge och trevligt rum. Incheckningen var det sämsta jag varit med om. Vi fick veta att incheckningen sker 16.00 vilket generellt är sent. Incheckningen tog 45min med all kö. Jag kunde inte låta bli att påpeka det, då fick jag till svar att det får man räkna med på ett så stort hotell. Vilket jag tycker är ett mycket dåligt svar. Rummet jag fick däremot var grymt bra, högsta våningen med utsikt över både Malmö och Danmark
