Great location - we could walk to downtown. AC was broken. Sliding door to balcony did not lock (did not feel safe). Broken sink faucet in bathroom (and obvious it had been broken for a long time). Thought they might offer me breakfast ticket for inconveniences (they didn't). Staff was friendly and constantly apologized. Room was clean (maid service every 3rd day). I would stay there again.

The hotel was VERY dated, dirty, and in desperate need of repairs. The carpet in the hallways were duct taped together, AC did not work properly, chairs in the room had visible stains and cracks across the leather, the floor turned the bottom of our socks black, spider webs were across all windows. Good news: bed was decent, no bugs, water pressure in shower was great, room was quiet.

Weather is old and run down. We saw food left outside people's doors and used towels on the hallway floors that never got picked up. Pool looked questionable, so we didn't use it. Check in said there would be breakfast at 6am, but there was zero breakfast. Shower was either super hot or super cold. TV was only highlight for our kids. Will not stay here again.
