This hotel had a lot of nice touches, for its price point, that made our stay very comfortable - for example, a choice of pillows, but above all, having a good receptionist makes all the difference. We had been to Madrid multiple times and wanted to try a new hotel and new restaurants. We asked the receptionist for restaurant recommendations, she asked us where we had been and recommended similar style (but much better) restaurants. Every time we came and went we were greeted with a smile and big wave - such a nice friendly welcome was unexpected and very nice. Room was large enough for two, good sound proofing and comfortable - good air conditioning (very important as there was a heatwave) and space for bags, shopping, etc. Guest slippers and plenty of hangers in the closets were appreciated. This was the first time we stayed at H10 and we would return next time we visit.
