I had trouble getting my wife access to the room with will I was significantly delayed on an incoming flight. Despite giving credit card details, the made her wait for an hour and a half - which I have trouble accepting. i think it was not an advantage to have booked through Expedia in this case. This was our second stay at this hotel. On both occasions, the sliding door to the bathroom needed two people to close - poor maintenance

We were very pleased with our stay. I was a 10/10 experience, and we would recommend. Great location with easy acces by public transport. Spa arena was a good, the jacuzzi a little to small. With 3 people it felt crowded. But all in all, the area never had to many people at the same time, so i wasn’t really an issue that often.

Very pleasantly surprised by an upgrade upon check in to a large suite. Separate bedroom and large bathroom with tub and shower. Good breakfast with custom made omelettes and all the trimmings. Didn't have time to try the pool. Construction work in front of hotel made catching taxis a little troublesome.

The Hotel is ideally situated next to the Royal Park. It has an excellent position for the convenient, clean and efficient buses, recently new tram routes now also link into the transport system. Bus and tram stops are very close to the hotel making getting anywhere in Warsaw including Wilanow very easy. The area is also well served with cycle lanes and rental cycles to safely get around. The hotel itself is great, with very friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast is very good as well. The hotel is also very clean. I have stayed here several times and for me, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Warsaw! An added bonus is a very relaxed bar across the road called Hygge that serves delicious food!
