Beautiful property. Room could use a deep clean.
The room was in need of a deep clean. The bathroom was small and oddly shaped, you basically had to stand up against the toilet to open the door. There were piles of dust behind bed table which I needed to access for an outlet as there were not many accessible. The property was beautiful and check in was easy. The pool area was also beautiful and the store had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Dated resort
Resort is tired, stayed many years ago and everything is very much the same. Rooms are spacious, but had issues with faulty appliances. Rooms were not cleaned well. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms.

Relaxing Sea World Family Visit
The hotel was in a great location for a visit to Sea World. A one bedroom condo gave us ample room to spread out. We appreciate the convenience of having a full kitchen. The property was a bit dated but well kept. We spent considerable time in the room during the evenings so an additional club chair would have provided more comfortable seating for a family of four. It was cooler and we were away from the hotel during the days, but the pool and amenities looked very nice.

Bad Carpet Floor ruined the stay
This hotel charged me $230 per night during Christmas peak hours. Their room aesthetic is terrible. Look at the carpet floor, doesn’t look like cleaned and replaced since 3-5 years.
