The most unwelcoming front desk staff I have ever experienced. No smile, no eye contact, rude behavior. Zero hospitality. Location is fantastic. Executive suite was very spacious and beds were comfortable. Both showers were broken and spewing water everywhere causing bathroom floors to be covered in water. Toilets were broken. Very clear that the owner of this hotel has no pride in quality and only cares about volume of customers.

Asked about the free breakfast and front desk just said no with no explaining. Tried to ask two people a question and neither spoke any English.
