Great little In for the money!
Here for one night during our trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. Check-in was easy and the room was spotless. It was probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. All of the little conveniences were included. I would definitely recommend if you are staying in the Estes Park area.

Really good value in Estes. Very clean room and quiet. Breakfast could use a little more variety it is very basic. I also saw dog waste not picked up so I could not walk my dog at night on the grassy area but the space is very nice.

Not a comfortable place
The room was cold. There’s a heater in the room but it blows very low heat where I have to wear a jacket to sleep. Check out is at 11AM, however the card key was disabled in the morning. Good thing I was still in the room when my friend went outside to put stuff in the car otherwise we would have to go to the office to get re-entry back into the room.

Disappointed
The property was covered in snow and ice, presenting dangerous conditions even to get into the office. This at a time when the community was clear of snow. Liability for ownership in Colorado is huge. They shouldn’t advertise continental breakfast. Very limited and low quality choices. Interior of rooms in need of repairs and paint.

Don't Trust All the Positive Reviews
Room has not been updated probably within the last decade. Mattress was most likely old or of low quality because it was out of shape. Bedside lamp was broken. Manager said he would get another lamp and I would also be compensated. They never brought in another lamp. Carpet was coming up and was a hazard on the outside balcony walkway! They failed to contact me after I sent them emails through Hotels.com and to their web site asking them about compensation they promised.I figured they would contact me because, before my trip they had no problem contacting me when i needed questions asked.Don't trust all the positive reviews about this place. This hotel is not worth it even though it might be cheaper than other hotels in the area.
