The hotel experience was unsatisfactory due to the presence of dirty towels with human hair, despite room updates, indicating a lack of cleanliness and hygiene beyond the renovated areas. Hallway was dirty, with old carpet, and one elevator was broken for 1 full day. Breakfast as ok, standard. We will not stay at this property again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Orlando.

This hotel is not just a hotel it is THE hotel! This hotel is extremely convenient it is close to every single theme park in the area they have restaurants close by as well. I love how they have a big pool and hot tub plus a huge area indoors and outdoors to eat (they also provide free breakfast) they have areas to grill out if you want to . The hotel room we reserved was extremely nice and clean and had a full kitchen area stocked with cups plates bowls and silverware. The rooms are super quiet as well. The staff is nice and very accommodating.

Turned out well

At first we were not so happy, we were booked at another hotel and upon calling to tell them our flights were running very late we wernt arriving until late they told us they over booked and we had to stay at their sister company. I was not happy, how unprofessional, but this hotel was beautiful, clean, had a good breakfast, beautiful pool. The only thing I was missing was a hot tub for someone who suffers with chronic pain a hot tub is very helpful. Our original booking told us we could go their and use the hot tub but who wants to travel in their suit in the pm when your relaxing for bed, overal this hotel we were happy with.

The staff are amazing, but the location is by highway and very noisy from moving cars. We had a leak from the ceiling above us for three hours. Another night there was no internet in the whole hotel until the following morning, and we also had a water shutdown for an entire night. Other than these issues, the hotel should have been excellent overall.

Clean comfortable room

Room was very nice and clean. Unfortunately the elevator for our room was broken the entire stay and we had to go back and forth to the other side to use that elevator or take the stairs from the 5 th floor. The stairway carpet was not clean or kept up. The morning breakfast was good.

Amazing staff, great service

Not the newest hotel in Orlando, but the way we were treated made all the difference. Particularly at check-in, Joe was awesome. He went above and beyond to take care of us and help us feel welcome. So much that I remember his name still. I would stay here again because of him and everyone else who went the second mile for us.

Overall good

Great location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Arcade was awesome. Room was not completely clean (residue on the outside of the bathtub. No full length mirror. Second bedroom with twin beds was oddly shaped and cramped with no TV. Pools and hot tub were pretty dirty with leaves and debris. Found a plastic cup floating in the pool.

My 1st visit with them was great! But this visit left me speechless and questioning. Started off with the service meaning communication. Then after that I went on my day and returned to check in and it was a completely rushed job. I had you come in and clean myself after trying to call the front desk several times. No answer. Of course we made it work and did our best to enjoy without anymore headaches

My stay was great, really no complaints. Both rooms in my suite was up to part. Clean sheets, bathrooms and kitchen area was clean. The weather was 39° degrees so we couldn't enjoy the pool area. The continental breakfast was ok, just make sure you get there with the early birds. The waffle maker is a hot commodity. Overall B

Front desk where nice, good breakfast, pool area clean Room ok Elevator did not work for our 4 days stays and we were on 4th floor, for 4 days had to use the stairs. The said that they hold security deposit 30$ per night, first day they held 120, 2nd day they held another 60 and last day they took 110$! Saying that they'll be released within 7 business days, am waiting now to release the amount back to my credit card.

I work very hard for the little money I make and I place a lot of value on every dollar I spend. The hotel makes themselves appear as the cheapest, decent quality option by showing a great price upfront and then deceptively charging a $28 PER DAY parking fee. None of the hotels around them follow this misleading practice. I would have never chosen them had they been honest about their real price. I was very disappointed.

Returning?!? Not Likely!!

I should’ve read the reviews but I thought the description details “newly renovated” superseded the negative remarks. This hotel didn’t honor any of my “paid” extras that were offered on hotels.com. The transportation to the parks were horrible. They were late going and returning, and had the audacity to be rude when it was impossible for my party to load the bus. The driver packed the bus all the way up to the front door, way beyond the yellow lines and declared that he wasn’t coming back, but insisted that my party of 9 and two other couples cram in and find room on an already crowded bus! Our room didn’t have hot water the first day, the tub dripped until tightly turned (near stripping the knob) and the sink was clogged. They were also painting and banging on walls, renovating, on a Sunday! Will NOT return!!!

Not to pleased

Requested something for my son's 18th birthday, nothing was done. Requested a mobility room nothing in the shower to use to be able to shower had to go to the front desk and call multiple times also they do NOT answer any phone calls. Took 4 trips and multiple requests to get towels to the pool. The sink wouldn't drain, the toilet leaked. Would have been nice to at least set the trash out if they weren't going to collect it. The roof leaked onto the ground outside the the building entrance and smelled like vomit. Call the front desk about a person smoking weed in the parking lot right next to the main office just to be hung up on. Very disappointing experience.
