Pleasantly surprised at this price point. The shower had great water pressure and the shampoo was great in my hair. The beds were very comfortable and staff were very friendly. The breakfast was basic but you would expect that for this price. Everything was clean.

Nice location near Opryland and other places to go and properly was clean. But downside is this hotel is: very limited continental breakfast, no room safe, room cleaning only have day 2 of stay. Beds and pillows were not comfortable.

For the price point this hotel was an excellent choice. It was clean and nice and got the bill for our one night get away. Uber was easy to take downtown and reasonable to and from this location. We would stay here again.

Would NOT recommend

The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The sink leaked water from the base of the faucet all over our things. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall. Neighborhood was noisy and people set off fireworks at 1am. Complimentary breakfast was cereal and bagels. There was only one entrance to the hotel and our room was at the far end. We had to carry our luggage a very long way from our car. I would not recommend this hotel. I expected much better for being fairly new.

Not worth the money

It's a passable hotel but there is no working cable tv in the room and the internet is spotty. The elevator is tiny, and so is the bathroom in-room. Breakfast is very limited with plain bagels, packaged muffins and warm, watered down juices. Pet fee is very high compared to other comparable hotels, and so is the overall rate. The location is both convenient yet out of the way- if that makes sense. I'll give it that it's probably the most fresh hotel (motel?) on this road.
