The room was too warm and oddly humid w condensation on the window even w the fan turned up. Could only turn the temp down to 65 which didnt touch the overall "rain forest" vibe. Asked at the desk but nothing changed Room was dim, only chair very uncomfortable Breakfast was not what I expected based on other stays.

"When I got to the hotel I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the reception desk, who was very very nice and pleasant, but when I got to my room, there was an empty bottle on the towel rack from the toiletries that had been used, but otherwise my stay was wonderful and enjoyable."
