We had a room facing the courtyard, which was noisy with people late into the night.
The staff who checked us in were polite, but seemed to be new and had trouble using the card swipe. The staff checking us out didn’t make eye contact, ask about our stay, or speak more than three sentences to us.
The closet is open to the room, which isn’t the worst, but that the hangers are so difficult to actually remove and replace on the bar is a new challenge I’d never experienced before. The picture quality was so poor on the tv that it was like watching VHS again.
The lighting in the bathroom creates shadows making it impossible to use those mirrors for makeup or hair.
The shower was at the hottest setting for a warm experience.
