The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were so helpful in making sure we were comfortable. The beds were so nice to sleep in, no squeaks or crinkling. None of the linens smelled like industrial bleach, they all smelled clean. The toiletries offered were great as well. We will definitely stay here again.
