Room was cozy, no sheets for the bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Fridge and TV, the wifi wasn’t working but made do. Can’t beat the price.

I am new to "contactless" arrangements. I had stayed many times at Community Court between 2013 and 2019 so I knew what not to expect. I really appreciateHollie's the new manager's efforts to communicate with me before I checked in as I was beginning to wonder about the place. She was very reassuring about the construction and safety.

Love the CCM!

Always a great stay. The people are great and the rooms are fine. Very simple and no extravagance but you come for the location/value/people.

Room was very clean and had new mattresses and bedding. Very friendly staff. There is a wonderful park adjacent to the hotel with ponds and fountains, it was a lovely setting. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Nice stay close to the track

Nice stay close to that track and around several restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Only improvement I can suggest is add a lamp with USB plugs for charging phones, there were only outlets behind the bed.

Economy

The room was clean and comfortable. It is dated. The motel's undergoing renovation so no ice, no coffee, no amenities. Just a room. Price reflects that.

Decent Enough

No frills. Just a room with a bed. No fridge or microwave. Staff was super friendly.

We only stayed one night so it was great. But for longer stays I would not recommend it as it doesn’t have amenities as other hotels do. No pool. No coffee in the room. It’s very convenient to walk to Broadway for dining and shopping. For another one night I’d consider it. For longer I’d definitely look somewhere else.

This property is an old motel in a nice area. Parts of the property were under construction. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We wanted to stay in the City close to downtown and this was pretty much all that was available. Definitely overpriced because of the Travers Stakes at the racetrack. However, it served our purpose, was safe, clean and easy to check in and out. All check in is done by text message with lock codes etc., parking was free and easy. One strange thing was there were no garbage cans in the room but there was a large can at the top of the stairs outside. No elevator, that I saw, so customers have to carry suitcases up stairs.
CHRISTINE, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room looked nothing like the room advertised online. No hot water, couldn’t shower. Shower floor was cracked. TV remote didn’t work properly. If the room was $50-$70, I wouldn’t be upset but I paid $150 to stay in this awful room. Staff person was very polite and helpful. He did his best.

Main complaint is the fire/alarm smoke detector going off in my room at 3 am and again at 330. I don’t smoke and was asleep so I have no idea how it even triggered. This was after I had finally gotten to sleep at around 1 am when whoever was slamming doors on the property was just background noise. But on a plus side the shower gets very hot if you want and has enough pressure that you will feel the cleanest you ever have.

Tired but trying to do well

This is a tough call. - the host was amazing. Walked us down to our room and made sure the TV was working. BUT the room - eh - non functioning deadbolt, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, there was no chair to sit in so the bed was it…. the air conditioning unit was iffy, and as much as I like fresh air I was a little unnerved to discover the bathroom window behind the closed blinds was open -and we were on the first floor. Loved the flowers and flags on the exterior but more attention needs to be paid to the room. Did appreciate the new flooring and the wonderful old tile in the bathroom - and the TV work great!!!

Convenient location right on the park at the edge of downtown. It's an older motel building so everything is... older. But clean and in working condition. The shower floor had a lot of buildup- probably calcium from the spring water, but it would have been nice if there had been a rubber mat to use. They did not tell us the internet access code, which was frustrating after the office closed at 8 pm. The blanket was very light even though weather had turned cold, and there was no extra blanket. And no coffee maker in the room. Okay, but not great.
