Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff! We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel went above and beyond for us, providing us a balcony room at the last minute and helping throughout our stay.

Great location, easily walkable from the centre and right on a canal. Simple but great breakfast. All you could ask from a budget hotel.

The Hotel is in an excellent area to visit the major areas of Amsterdam.
The staff are great.
You have to remember it is in the historic district and as such is very traditional
Really good value

Very convenient to Anne Frank House, Dam Square and other attractions. Extremely steep steps, if you are older or handicapped this is not place to stay. Staff was great, comfortable beds and quiet.

We had a lovely stay here! 24/7 reception staff and the rooms were lovely! Small as others have said but it's perfect for two people! I don't know why people were upset with breakfast in other reviews, it was lovely! Lots to choose from!

Lovely place to stay with a lot of character - the staff were very friendly! My kettle and light in the bathroom did not work but other than that, very pleasant.

When we checked in the woman working at the front desk was so lovely and even upgraded our room for us which were we super appreciative for! All of the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast included was basic but very tasty. The location was great, it was near transit but anywhere we wanted to walk was 30 mins or less. Absolutely recommend and we can't wait to stay again!

Room and bathroom were cramped but very functional and who goes to Amsterdam to hang out in the room anyway? Bed super comfortable, service friendly and efficient, very quiet except for the church bells every quarter. Breakfast nice, important to know the stairs up are steep and long.

Great hotel full of character. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and looks a bit tired in places, but that said nice unique place which makes a change from the modern charmless hotels. Very steep stairs upto the reception so no good if you struggle with stairs.

Very cramped experience, steep stairs, small check in area. Rooms very small and tight. Breakfast adequate but minimal. Good coffee. Staff extremely helpful! Excellent location, could walk most anywhere of interest. Descent price.

A very unique and quirky hotel.
I found the room to be very clean and tidy, however it was very small and didn't need the second bed in it.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Be warned that if you struggle to climb stairs then this isn't the hotel for you.

Wonderful little hotel right in the middle of the city. Stairs to the front desk could be a challenge for some, like me, but the staff moved our room from the 4th to the 1st floor. They carried our luggage to and from the room. That alone is 5* for me! Breakfast is included and the croissants are hot and fresh. Price vs. value is on target and a bargain price. Highly recommended.

It is as okay, stairs were very, very steep. Breakfast was just coffee and croissants. They did provide a fan, which was a blessing.

Cute hotel right on the canal. Rooms are small but comfortable (typical for Europe, I think). Beds are small, but the room has a nice desk and a nice bathroom.
Very convenient to restaurants and museum sites. Tram station is just a few steps away from the door.
Yes, there are a lot of stairs ! (typical for hotels in this area).
The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They went out of their way; for example, gave us breakfast early when we had to catch the train early.

Beautiful old building - very convenient to walk to Old Square and tram service to other parts of the city. Staff will assist with luggage up the VERY steep stairs.
While the hotel was quaint, I was at the street side and it was quite noisy. Suggest earplugs just in case. The morning breakfast is quite sparse - croissant, bread, apple & coffee/tea/OJ. Very good, not a huge selection. Overall, I was pleased with the value for the money spent.

The hotel has 37 very steep steps up to reception and the rooms are tiny. The hotel website mentions this, but Expedia didn't. We would still have booked there. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and even though the room was tiny, it provided what we needed in a great location. Breakfast was adequate for the price paid. Unfortunately, construction work under the window started at 7:30 am every morning and was very noisy.

Nadia Hotel was in the perfect location for walking to key sites in Amsterdam. Also, the price was reasonable. The steep climb to the second floor is typical of older Amsterdam small hotels in the historic district. The room was very small, but we spent little time there. Still, the bed is against the wall on one side and one person has to climb around a bit to go to the toilet in the middle of the nights. The room could have been two feet wider. Still, the breakfast was good with great croissants. The people at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

When we opened the door, we sighed because we saw two flights of very steep stairs and we knew we couldn’t carry our suitcases up those stairs. We left our bsgs at the door, climbed the stairs and checked in. The clerk sent a man to bring our bags up and he did so immediwtoey. Beyond the stairs, the entire staff was as good as it gets. The room was a bit small but they upgraded us to a canal view. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast was typical of a European continental breakfast . We walked to all sights we wanted to see. The Omarion was excellent and public transport is right out the door. Very happy with our stay.
