Excellent place to stay
Such a lovely place, staff are helpful and welcoming, we loved the breakfast. Rooms are warm and the beds really comfortable. I’ve stayed there twice now and when we next bring the horses to Tallands for two days training we will stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout. The room and bathroom very clean and comfortable. The only criticism was that the mattress was a tad too hard for our liking but that's a personal taste. Apart from that, everything was excellent including the breakfast. Lovely little hotel
Lovely hotel for a short stay, the staff are all friendly and helpful, the room was spacious enough for a travel cot and had a large dressing area and lovely views of the garden. The breakfast and lunch was good, fresh ingredients and well seasoned. My only note would be that the travel cot provided had no mattress (just the thin hard one that comes with a travel cot), as they left a large blanket and sheet I wrapped the sheet around the blanket to make a mattress and it worked very well, little one was comfortable. Would happily stay again.
