This was an absolute disaster! We had to be moved from original room because of mold infested ac and ended up staying 2 days in a room that had NO hot water. The entirw property wi-fi was down and there was no coffee or machine available in the rooms! Yvonne who works the front desk was professional and did what she could but the issues definitely the fault of the owners! I will NEVER stay there again! The website does not offer the reality of this property and ALL its dysfunction. I swear the bed was 20 years old and super uncomfortable.

A quiet location set on a cove on Southport island, our room was quiet and comfortable staff was attentive and ready to met our needs. My only issue was the chairs in our room and balcony had zero padding, very uncomfortable, otherwise a fantastic option.

A wonderful place if you’re looking for lots of nature. Property is older, but the amenities are nice (they have minigolf, pool, ping pong tables, etc) and you can go down to the lake for swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. We traveled with our two kids, 19 and 13 and we all loved it. Breakfast was simple but the coffee was great and the staff is excellent.
