Cozy, good location near sannomiya hankyu line. The only bad thing was that my room was quite dusty, especially the head board of the bed. However i can highly recommend this hotel due to perfect location.

Hotel location is right next to Sannomiya station. Hundreds of dining options all around. Quality, cleanness, convenience.. all 5 star. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was amazing. We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe.
