I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Quality Inn, 1403 Tallahassee Hwy, Bainbridge, GA. We booked your hotel for its pool, but it was closed all weekend without prior notice, disappointing our children. Additional issues included no extra pillows available, a broken bed that was unsafe and uncomfortable, a gym filled with storage and bugs, and the hotel running out of toilet paper. This stay fell far below expectations. I am requesting a full refund and a prompt response on how this will be resolved.
