Definitely not a 4 starts, but we also have no complaints. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke and they were very nice and switched us. But overall feels like these details could be avoided. General state of the building is a bit poor, but functional. For a one night stay it was perfect but I wouldn’t star longer than a weekend

Villa Alessandra is a wonderful choice for your stay in Paris. Their staff members are extremely welcoming and kind and they are very helpful. The cleaning crew is also very nice and do a very good job of keeping the place clean. The area around the hotel is very safe- it is close to transportation and also offers a variety of shopping and food options. My only issue was that the AC in my room was broken, but the staff did provide me a fan that got the job done. Overall I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely bright, clean hotel - excellent location with friendly and helpful staff. The location is quiet and peaceful and only a 15 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe and lovely shops and restaurants.. would definitely go back.

Close to metro, few minutes to Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by local market and shops. You can experience the area like the locals. Rooms are small but the toilet is good and clean. Will deffinetly book again next time.

The regular staff was on vacation and my air conditioner was broken. 2 different front desk employees assured me I would get at least a fan but I did not get one. On the third call the front desk admitted no fan was available and apologized. I had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Early the next morning the front desk employee volunteered to get me a last minute taxi to the airport when 3 different Bolt drivers cancelled at the last minute. He saved the day! Many thanks and a little sweat.

The pictures of the rooms are so deceiving. The rooms are crazy tiny. The shower was a half glass wall that didn’t hold water in. The drain was very slow. Beds had little bugs( not bed bugs) dead on the sheets. When checking out, they tried to charge us for the 20€ breakfast. We ate at local cafes for less, and wonderful food. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was cereal pastry, cook your own boiled egg. Cold cheese and sliced meat. Not worth 20€. Floors did not get cleaned, the curtains hanging around the bed had hair from previous guests in it. The bed practically touched the desk. Couldnt get to the closet when my husband was at desk or on his side. It did have water in bottles, and a water kettle that boiled water. Great location. Staff helped with transportations, and advice of the area. AC worked well.

Charming little provincial type hotel. Room was lovely, bathroom clean and convenient getting to public transport. I was somewhat disappointed being on the second floor and the lift didn’t work. It was difficult getting luggage down and no help was offered. I was very upset that the cleaner left my room door open and ajar, anyone could have walked in a taken what they wanted. Admittedly, the reception staff offered a free breakfast but I thought the issue was way more serious than that could make up for

It is a very conveniently located hotel, yet it is amazingly quiet at night. Walking distance to transportation and shopping. DADA restaurant about two blocks away is excellent at any mealtime. Fresh market nearly every day 1/2 block away. The only issue was that they don't refill toilet paper properly, in a stay of 8 days we had to go down to reception to beg for a roll 4 times. Otherwise, this hotel is a gem.

I was not pleased with two twin beds at all. I requested a queen bed. The bathroom glass was not sealed and could be easily moved. Mold and rust along the silicon needed to be redone. This place uses a FAN and it said air conditioning. We SWEAT all through the night. The staff was very nice and the markets close to the hotel had beautiful organic fruits and vegetables that were delicious. It’s close to the Metro and Uber comes too. It’s a small boutique hotel but way too much for the tiny, outdated rooms.

Central but Quiet

Third time staying here and always a pleasure. Tucked away from the main roads so nice and quiet also close to the Arc de Triomphe with lots of good places close by to eat. Will definitely come back again.
