Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Staff is always friendly. Especially the breakfast crew. Good selection at breakfast. Only complaint was no room cleaning after our first night. Would have been nice to freshen up or restock coffee and toilet paper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We were not happy to find ourselves on the same floor as a lot of boisterous older kids on hockey teams. We have no problem at all with them.. we've traveled with our kids sports teams too. But would you put two tired seniors on the same floor ? The desk clerk was prompt and polite when we asked to be moved though. In our new room the beds were so soft we both woke up with backaches and we couldn't get any hot water to speak of for baths and showers. There were no tea bags in the room, someone had to come and restart our TV so we could watch it and although we have had many great stays before in this hotel we felt the standards were slipping a bit. Hot water and a firm bed are to be expected in a nice hotel.
