The location is perfect for walking to anywhere, this hotel is just in the middle of all the restaurants and attractions earthing is just walkable and all the people that works there are very nice and friendly, I’ll definitely go there again in the future.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit. This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.
