On the first night it took me 30 minutes to get through to in room dining. Then I was advised there was no standard beers available. The food that was delivered was terrible. The room is tired and does not accommodate any USB fittings. I found hair in the bathtub the following morning.

rooms dated and out first room stank of cigarette smoke . they did move us to another room. peak season and it was just to fill of kids and not enough seats and umbrellas. so no good for couples at all food had long waits so uber eats worked . i would rush back but many families were having a good time

Horrible stay
The main area is beautiful and the pool area is great. Checked in thinking fornthe money we paid we will be placed in a decent room. It felt qe cheked into a 2 start motel. Inhave photos of rusty items , the carpets were smelling lile mold and old, dust everywhere and the bathroom was dirty and beds looked like 1970. Lamps were dirty and broken. Terrible experience. For dinner I order food that came one hour and half later. Such a disappointing experience. Not worth the money not worth ever going back there.

We had everything we needed during our 3 night midweek stay. The room was set up well and bed was comfortable. We had enjoyed the walks and wildlife, great food, especially the buffet breakfast with the best coffee from Milano machines. The service was very friendly and helpful.
