The hotel was in a good location to walk around Ålesund. The breakfast buffet was tasty - lots of options. The staff was nice and efficient. Only negative - thin, rough towels.

The hotel is centrally located. We stayed there the night before the Geiranger fjord cruise. It was walkable from the hotel to the boat dock. Also, the hotel prepared a breakfast to go because we left before the dining room opened. It was very good service on their part.

Loved the property! Our king room on a higher floor had an amazing view of the town and water. View was just as good from our window as it was from that steep hike you can do to overlook the town. Ceiling to floor windows. We left curtains open all night it was so pretty. Staff was great. Friendly and nice Only criticism is parking. Had to parallel park on the hilly streets and move the car by like 7am or pay a lot for hotel lot. But parking in Norway at hotels is expensive and rare

Pent, men noe underveldende. ‘Superior’ rom var ikke noe større enn et helt standard hotellrom, ingen poeng å betale ekstra bare for litt bedre utsikt (spør du meg). Frokosten var også ganske kjedelig, på samme måte som rommet er det ikke så mye å klage på, men heller ikke så mye å skryte av.
