A beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid. We really liked that it was within walking distance to the city. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, we were bothered by the fact that on the days housekeeping came in, the bed was made without changing the sheets after something had been spilled on them. It would be nice if at least a bottle of water was provided every day.

Brilliant location for Palace, parks and Plaza España. We arrived into Chamartin train station and it was easy to get to the hotel on Metro Line 10 and a short walk. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once inside we loved the sympathetic renovations, it felt cosy and comfortable especially the bar area which is beautiful. Our cool and quiet room was perfect, very comfortable bed, twin basins and a bath in the large bathroom, loads of storage and a lovely dressing table with a lift-up lid. Electronic safe was easy to use and the little fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the brownies! The dining room was calm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel lovate in the center of Madrid with wverything ypu need really closed by. The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and spacious. We didnt use the breakfast buffet, we believed it was pricey, 15 Euros per person, when tou can get a sustainable breakfast for 20 euros for four poeple at any place nearby. Really good experience .
