Hotel Isa was absolutely fabulous! The entire staff was very nice and helpful. We were allowed to check very early after arriving from a cruise. They sent champagne and snacks to our room. Plus, they arranged for a private car service to take us to the airport the next morning. The full breakfast on the rooftop had everything that your heart desires and the fresh fruit was the sweetest! We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop in the evening and our waiter Willy was the nicest guy. Our room was super clean, roomy and comfortable. I will definitely be staying at Hotel Isa whenever I’m on holiday in Rome again.

My key card stopped working twice and I had to get new ones. One of the times was during a false fire alarm at 4 am that continued for about 30 minutes, and then had to go back down to get the key card fixed again. The staff was very lovely and the area was great. However, I will stay somewhere else next time.

The Buffet breakfast on the roof had a large variety of foods, and the view was terrific. The hotel is located in the very upscale Prati neighborhood, and not far from the Vatican. Kind Willy took care of us each evening as we ended our day on the rooftop bar, and the very pleasant and attentive morning staff managed an ample and delicious breakfast, with wonderful city views, and Saint Peter‘s Basilica, a highlight.
