Location is great for visiting Niagra Falls. Particularly if you want a short stay reasonably priced. Receptionist was friendly. Rooms are very dated but this is clearly shown in the pictures. Has a motel vibe but was fine for what we needed - 1 night stay to travel to Niagra.

There were issues with the lighting in the bathroom, the guy who checked us in was rude and was not specific on checking in from third party or online. The only friendly staff was the cleaning lady, everyone else was rude, maybe little racist.

It was perfect for a night. I could not imagine staying more than that. Walking to the second floor, definite pot smell with other odors. We were lucky were placed further down the hall, so we did not have an issue. Again, great for the night. Not intending to stay again. No microwave and no mini fridge in rooms.
