The room was clean, spacious and in good repair. Shower was hot. The outside areas needed trash picked and sweeping. The junk car next to the parking lot is put of place but it is a classic.

The sink didn't drain properly and there was a bug in it floating. The couch looked pretty beat up and stained, the curtains were stained, paint was peeling in places. The bedding appeared to be clean and it was quiet so it served it's purpose, but I wouldn't necessarily set out to stay there again.
