The property is old with updated rooms. The air conditioning worked and the room was clean. There was no trash can. The stairs to the second floor are narrow and steep and the outside areas are messy. There was construction occurring on parts of true building but I heard no noise due to the white noise of the air conditioning unit. The hotel was fully booked and busy.

This seems to be an older property that has gone through recent “freshing up”. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms open up to an outside hallway. Only down side was the early morning and late night noise. The early morning was from the Carmax trucks on the adjacent property unloading cars at 6:00 a.m. and the late night was from groups of young people (one group of younger kids and one group of high schoolers) running up and down the hallway yelling at the top of their lungs all three nights until after 11:00 p.m.

I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

I didn’t actually stay here, but I booked it for my aunt Uncle💙, and when they FaceTime me from their room, I felt horrible and appalled. There was dirty handprints above the bed as if somebody had been doing certain things. I don’t know much else about how clean or unclean the room was but they felt disgusting in their words, so it was enough for me to be unhappy with my purchase.
