Great Stay in Grenada
The room was large, the bed was comfortable, the people were kind. The property was a few steps from the beach which was very convenient. There was also a bus stop at the top of the road which was convenient for getting into the city. The hotel next door had full time security on the beach which was nice when walking back to the property. They cleaned the rooms every other days and replaced the towels as needed.

Staying at Grand Anse Beach Palace is always relaxing. The staff is very kind and accommodating. It’s always a please seeing the owners Mr Lenny and his wife Ms Sharon. Very sweet people. You bet the best sunsets. Can’t wait to go back.

Fabulous views. Friendly staff. We had a spacious apartment. LOVED the outdoor kitchen set up on the top floor but the night bugs can be a problem. Service a little laid back but Donrick responded kindly to us. Appreciated the late check out considering our late departure flight. With a bit of renovation and update of amenities/facillities, I think this could be our first choice for a budget stay in Grand Anse.

The people here are top notch! Soo pleasant and kind. The rooms/property are very out dated and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. The best part was the view of the water. The price I paid I felt was a little high considering the accommodation. I will likely not stay here again

Tired and shabby
Positives first. Friendly staff, right on waterfront and good aircon. Thats it. Kitchen was ansolutely horrible, bathroom door coukd not close and the tiling mismatched and chipped. The towel rail fell off 3 times. Wardrobe had black mold patches and the safe did not work. Handles missing from cabinets, stained sheets, hit and miss hot water and room cleaning. Its also a difficult location as its a long walk to the supermarket and the reception cannot supply base essentials like milk or water. Room no. 30 was a fire hazard. No smoke alarm, but no way out in case of a fire in the building, other than a 20ft drop off the balcony!!!! Overall very poor, but the worst thing was the constant intermittent noise in the roof space.in our top floor room...like a massive hairdryer. The reception team could not or would not explain what this was, and it prevented decent sleep for 4 nights. AVOID.

Substandard and neglected accommodation
The plus points are that the apartments were close to the beach, the bed was comfy and the air on worked. The bad points were numerous, as the building had been neglected for years and needed total modernisation and decoration. Our bedroom used to be a restaurant and all the power sockets were in the wrong place. There was only one bedside cabinet and that had no handle. There was an iron but no board. The washbasin was cracked and there was no plug. The mastic around the washbasin was disgusting. The kitchen cooker was ancient so we never used it. There was no kettle. The kitchen woodwork was rough and inside the cupboards was dirty. The cutlery was from a car boot sale. No plug in the sink. The fire exstinguisher was empty. There was a cockroach on the floor. Access to the sea was at the bottom of the garden but it was dangerous due to a wonky handrail and green algae on the last step. I attach a few photos.

The property is located near the beach and restaurants and more. Having your private beach experience. The cool breeze that's constantly in motion. The staff is Awesome very friendly.
