Hotel was fine, good location and good amenities. The rooms are basic and aircon was horrible and had no optional control, it rumbled away all night when there was no need for it to be on.

The checkin was very smooth and person was quite helpful. We liked how easy it was to get to bus and trains as bus stop was right across street from hotel. The room was a nice size and good for our purposes. The shower setup was not the best as just have glass that covers half of bathtub area so always have water all over floor which need to dry so do not slip. Second tried calling twice for room service since restaurant closed Sundays and eventually after 2 calls over 10 minutes went to reception since no answer which I know happens. Ordered but price was different on placard in our room than what I was charged. When showed reception card they said the price changed a while ago. This did not feel right but paid extra cost. Food came and spaghetti noodles instead of taglatielle which was on menu so was a bit disappointed. However, breakfast buffet made up for the room service as many options and liked a lot. Plus location worked well for us since used trains and busses. Would not recommend Uber as quite expensive if going to Oslo. Overall it was convenient and worked for our purposes.

I urge management to fix ventilation control centre, which was faulty in several rooms, I could not turn it off or increase the temperature of the cold the cold air. Management should also look into their water means. Toilet taps released yellowish water at times. Housing keeping should also leave mineral water in rooms and slippers for guests.

Helt ok hotell, bra treningsrom.

Rommet var stort og greit, med badekar som jeg liker. Litt slitt hotell/eldre. Minuset med mitt rom var at det var meget lytt, rett ved motorveien. Hjalp ikke med russ som kjørte frem og tilbake med 200% lydnivå, hele natten. Ble dårlig søvn av det. Resepsjonisten gav heller ikke noe info om hvor jeg fant frem, når frokosten var osv. Måtte spørre om alt. Vanligvis gir dem en innføring som e kjekt å få om hotellet og hvordan jeg finner frem. Bra og god størrelse på treningsrommet, ble litt imponert.

Första rummet fungerade ej värdeskåpet. Minibaren fanns ej. Fick byta rum och lägga till 900 kr för 3 nätter. Där fungerade ej kylskåpet i minibaren. Temperaturregleringen fungerade inte i rummet. Vi fick dock återbetalt en del av extrakostnaden.
