Rugby weekend

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty comfortable even though we were in the basement with no view. The bed and pillows were excellent as was the shower. The hotel served a purpose for us as we were at the rugby. Overall things were fine but it's not somewhere I would take my wife to as the rooms are small, dated and a bit basic with very little hanging space for clothes

Disappointing Dublin Hotel

Intermittent electricity interruptions, poor internet connectivity. Then to top it off, no water from 10 am Friday, so no shower or coffee. No offer of compensation. Must be Dublin’s “Fawlty Towers” hotel.

My daughter and I enjoyed the lovely 4 night stay so much. Everything was nice, including the location. Very close to the Hugh Lane Gallery which was our favorite museum. With this hotel and the 48 hour hop-on hop-off bus, our first time visit to Dublin was just perfect! Thanks from Tokyo, Japan

Way over priced £50 a night would have been high!

Walls paper thin, couldn’t sleep hearing next room just turn over in bed or breathing it was that thin of a wall… heating tapping all night, light coming under door bright! Bathroom I’ve seen bigger plane toilets! Noise coming from other guests up to 4am
