We were expecting a hotel that costs $1.3k per night but the hotel is just a regular hotel. Check-in was difficult, the staff basically forgot about us and we had to remind them 4:30pm that they forgot about us

Overall it was a nice stay. For the size of the property i’d have liked nicer common areas such as the game room, a lounge area, convenience to skiing and better adult pool/steam room facilities. The room was small but nice and clean.
