The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Accessibility is limited due to a number of stairs to carry luggage and small elevators. The hotel over all was just OK and is not located in the best part of Roma, but close to train and Metro!

Hotel impractical regarding luggage

Smoking by the staff at entrance, stairs only and had to carry bag upstairs, impossible for wheelchairs, arogant staff, this is ab2 star hotel only, bed dipped badly, aircon blowing on face all night !! Room was a bit on the smaller size but clean and exactly what you need. The bed was comfortable. The only downside as far as I’m concerned was the shower - no pressure whatsoever, and the water was either boiling hot or just too cold. Otherwise very happy with the stay. Location wise walking distance 10-20 minutes to most things.
