I only stayed here one night with my dog but when I arrived I was greeted and check in was a breeze, conveniently located right off the interstate so there was no fuss getting to it at all. The queen room I had was large, the bed was soft and comfortable and it was very clean. Everything worked, the AC kept the room nice and cool and they provide dove products in the bathroom. Great stay, would stay again.

Water pressure in shower was horrible, hot was too hot and cold was low pressure. Shower was out of body soap, and the soaps left you feeling like you didn’t rinse off. Room was low on toilet paper and ran out of Kleenex.

Phone did not work. Toilet got backed up. TV wasn’t working when I arrived. Employees were very helpful and took care of my issues right away. I did have to walk to the front desk several times instead of calling because my phone didn’t work. But, I wasn’t very far so it worked out fine. Room was dusty and bathroom floor wasn’t as clean as it could have been. After saying all that, I would stay there again. Customer service was excellent. And the bathroom was clean except for the floor. And it wasn’t bad, it needed swept.

Good stay. Clean room and pet friendly. I also want to say thank you to the front desk attendant that was working the evening I checked in (2/23/25). I believe her name was Kristen. She was incredibly helpful when I had an issue in the hotel parking lot with the U-Haul trailer I was towing. As a solo female traveler, her kindness and willingness to help was very much appreciated! Thank you again!
